In an area that historically lacks in enrichment and local economy, sport and leisure help to bring a level of opportunity that had not been previously seen in the Manor Castle ward, with the intention of letting the local residents and beyond become more physically and mentally active with the collection of neighbourhoods surrounding Skye Edge Fields. This is being accomplished, whilst the users silently contribute to the management of specific climate issues plaguing certain sports and activities, such as flash flooding, stormwater and surface runoff water migration, to create a new sustainable method of reuse and recycling for the long-term future via SuDS integration.
