Museum of Water

The project scope was set out by the negative aspects of the site. Lack of place-making, no connection to water and no soft landscaping. So, after redeveloping the harbour edge to create space for the public to interact with water the site developed new circulation routes. It is through this that the zoning for the building developed. When entering the building, you experience water through physical interactions. Through this experience you begin to question your perception about water and how it may be more than something we take for granted. The permanent exhibition builds upon this through research.
